HomeWorker Product Selection and QC Standards

The value of HomeWorker lies in pre-organising information, screening risks, and inspecting goods upon arrival for customers, making it easier to manage online purchases of workspace essentials.

Our Selection Process

Driven by Needs
First, we consider whether the product can solve common issues related to desks, storage, ergonomics, power supply, or equipment setup.
Compare Specifications and Risks
We pay attention to materials, structure, load-bearing capacity, dimensions, accessories, installation methods, and potential sources of misunderstanding.
Rewrite Information
Important specifications, usage conditions, and limitations are re-organised into easy-to-read content, rather than merely translating supplier descriptions.
Goods Arrive at Warehouse First
Order items are first sent to our warehouse, where they undergo inspection for appearance, quantity, main accessories, and visible condition based on the product's nature.
Shipment After Confirmation
Local delivery to the customer is arranged only after inspections and necessary processing are completed.

What Does QC Check?

  • Whether the product model, style, colour, and quantity match the order;
  • Whether there are any obvious damages, deformation, severe scratches, or transit marks on the exterior;
  • Verification of visible main parts and accessories against the packing list;
  • Basic inspection appropriate for the product, without affecting its new condition and packaging integrity.
Scope of QC: Inbound inspection reduces the chance of obvious wrong items, missing parts, or damaged goods being delivered directly. However, it is not equivalent to laboratory certification, long-term durability testing, or disassembly inspection. Products may still have hidden issues undetectable by the naked eye; if you find any abnormalities after receiving the goods, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
