New Workstation Unboxing (48-Hour Checklist): Installation, QC, and Issue Logging

Basic warehouse QC can reduce obvious problems, but the actual tabletop, wall, equipment, and long-term use can only be confirmed in the customer's environment. The first 48 hours after receipt are best for completing records.

Photograph the outer box before unpacking

Take photos of all six sides, the logistics label, and any dents; keep the packaging materials and accessory bags when unpacking until basic functional confirmation is complete.

Count according to the checklist, not by memory

Lay out screws, brackets, cables, and instructions one by one to avoid discovering version or quantity issues during installation.

Add equipment after empty-load installation

First, confirm the structure, locking points, and range of motion, then add the monitor, host, or other loads one by one.

Problem records should be reproducible

Take overall shots, close-ups, and videos, note the product, model, steps, and the location of the problem, and contact customer service as soon as possible.

  • Keep the packaging
  • Do not modify by drilling holes yourself
  • Stop using if there are abnormal sounds
HomeWorker Reminder

When you need assistance, WhatsApp 9604 0994. Providing order details, a full view of the product, and the problem location will make it easier to determine the issue.
