A reliable online shopping experience isn't complete with just an "inspected" label. Buyers must first provide accurate usage conditions, and the seller should clearly state the version, specifications, package contents, and basic checks that can be performed upon arrival at the warehouse.
Provide Usage Conditions Before Ordering
For large or compatible products, at minimum, be prepared to provide space dimensions, tabletop thickness, device model, and delivery environment. Stairs, elevators, door width, and parking arrangements may also affect the delivery of large chairs or tables.
Confirm the Version You Are Purchasing
Similar color names do not necessarily mean the same structure. Verify the model, dimensions, whether assembly is required, the number of accessories, and the packing list; keep a screenshot of your selections until after delivery.
What Basic QC Usually Checks For
Upon arrival at the HomeWorker warehouse, we inspect the appearance, main accessories, and basic functions within the feasible scope of the product and packaging. Items that require long-term use, specific installation environments, or damage to the original packaging for verification may not be fully simulated before shipment.
What to Do Immediately After Receiving Your Order
First, take photos of all six sides of the outer box, the logistics label, and the unboxing process; count the accessories according to the list, and complete preliminary assembly and function confirmation before discarding the packaging. If there are any issues, keep photos and videos and contact customer service as soon as possible.
